Trav, Alex (THE NEW OWNERS) and the rest of the team at Sheppards are incredible. They are the most helpful, welcoming and genuine people I have had the pleasure to deal with in Kyneton.As a newcomer to the world of small farm machinery, I knew I would have a lot of silly questions to ask. Trav never made me feel like I was silly, and took a lot of time out of his busy day to help me out - even offering to lend me a trailer to get my new gear home.Thanks again team - 5 stars is not enough! I highly reccomend you to everyone I meet.

Not to be trusted. Poor service and product knowledge. Will sell equipment that is not compatible with your other items. Will lie to get sales and then not willing to rectify problem. Only interested in a sale. Do not purchase from these people. Go elsewhere otherwise your will regret.

Avoid these clowns. Tried to get some parts for a massey tractor and the bloke wasn't interested because I didn't buy the tractor from him He spent 2 months saying he didn't know why the parts hadn't turned up. I rang the Australian distributor AGCO who confirmed this idiot never even bothered spending 30 seconds clicking a mouse button to order the parts in the first place. Go to a different dealer that actually supports the brands they sell. Too bad, I was planning on buying a 3 point link attachments from this place but instead I'll spend the $1000s with someone else that actually does customer service.
