What an amazing place to go for all different reasons. Whether you're looking for a great beach day with Crystal water or taking the kids to play in the amazing play area to having a drink while watching the amazing sunset... Scarborough Beach is the place to be. Just beautiful!

Scarborough beach is really nice and clean. The area was recently redone and it looks amazing. The facilities around the beaches are also quite nice. They have a snake pit skating and bouldering area as well as playground and grassy areas to lounge around in. The amphitheater was also quite interesting. There was also a public pool in the area too where you are able to swim and lounge about. It was really nice to walk along the paths by the beach. Everything was clean and it was easy to get around. There are also shops and restaurants on the other side of the road. We were there during winter but it was still quite hot and busy. I can see it getting packed during summer. I did think that it would have been nice to have more shade in the area.

Clean and pleasant scrolling leisure point for all ages. A number of sports ground and activities for children, youth, adults and senior citizens. Plenty of good restaurants, café and ice cream shops available. Consider a great one stop popular area must visit destination.

Scarborough Beach
This is definitely my style of beach. The sand is fine (as in opposite of coarse) and it just stretches on and on. The water is cool and refreshing, and clear - there's no seaweed or debris. The water comes lapping in to the shore and it's just perfect. If you're looking for a surfing beach, or some big waves, this isn't the beach for you, but it is still a great place to spend several hours.

If you're a Perth visitor DONT miss Scarborough Beach for these reasons: Scarborough Sunset Markets (great food and vibe), Dancing on a Sunday, beautiful sunsets every night, the beaches around Scarborough and the local shops, cafes and bars!

Scarborough Beach is an absolute must visit and well worth the travel if you have to come a long way. This beach is consistent maintained and is always clean and safe to visit for the whole family. The showers and toilets in this area are also usually clean but have been left a mess by some people. Parking in this area can be a challenge during summer and on weekends.

This is my favourite place in Perth. The beach is beautiful, large and clean. This is a great spot to watch the sunset or have a picnic.
