If you want to buy a bed, then you have to see Patrick at Snooze Moore Park. I don’t think you will find a more knowledgeable person about beds, or a more dedicated person who spends the time and attention to truly get you the best product for your needs. He even went to the extent of taking a bedside table that was a similar colour to our floorboards and material samples out of the store to show us better how they would look at home due to lighting. He also knows absolutely everything off the top of his head about the different options etc. It makes you feel confident about your choices. The best bed buying experience we have ever had, so make sure you ask for Patrick. He’s amazing!

Paul and his team offered exceptional customer service, advice and value. Over the phone, and face to face, Paul answered all our questions, gave us great advice about a range of bed, mattress, pillow and linen products. He inspired confidence by offering sound information about care for items, availability, delivery, assembly, etc. I highly commend Paul and the team for making our shopping experience a very satisfying one. We certainly came away felling like valued customers and had a great sense that we received good value for our money. I would have no hesitation in recommending Snooze at Moore Park.

Spent Alot of money at Snooze Moore Park on a super king mattress, super king frame & headboard - $8,398 to be exact. After visiting the store and choosing our mattress in super king size, we were initially told that the frame and headboard we wanted was not available in super king size. This advice was given to us by a member of staff known as Soumya. Disappointed, we searched other stores in both the Supa Centre and the Homemaker centre nearby to find a bed frame to go with our mattress. Two days later and no closer to a decision, we looked online to find a frame and headboard that we liked. Sure enough, the snooze website offered the exact frame and headboard we wanted in store in super king size after all. The lack of knowledge and misdirection of this staff member not only wasted two days of our time, but we also questioned any advice or information she had offered previously as she clearly did not know what she was talking about. Willing to move forward, we returned to the store and completed our purchase none thanks to Soumya's professionalism.Fast forward to the delivery. Upon building the bed frame, I was appalled at the quality of the bed frame construction. The legs on the headboard are attached crookedly and look awful, but are too close to the correct position to be re-drilled and attached without causing structural weakness. The length of the side rails is about 70mm too long, this allows the mattress to slide back and forward on the bed, causing an unacceptable gap between the headboard and the mattress. This brings me to the worst part of the whole thing - The central wooden support that is supposed to be the same length as the side rails and lock into the headboard and footboard is about 40mm too short and is not long enough to fit and provide any kind of rigid support at all. Every time the bed is made, the wooden support if free to swing from side to side and requires constant correcting.In an attempt to rectify the situation, I made my complaints known to the snooze team via the survey they ask you to fill out every time you make a purchase. Complete with photos and detailed explanation, nobody seemed interested in making things right. I eventually fixed the issues myself by trimming down the bed frame rails and support beam (took me all day plus expense of tools and effort) and it now fits perfectly. When I made my final attempt to seek some compensation by emailing Snooze directly, my efforts were again in vain as I was told that since I modified the bed myself, I now voided the warranty. The fact that I previously tried to complain and bring these issues to their attention was overlooked. I was also told to expect some manufacturing defects as these products are proudly made in Australia (Seriously?). I then requested a call-back from the proud Australian manufacturers of this bed to discuss the quality of the product they had the audacity to sell me, a call I am still waiting for to this day.In conclusion, the absolute incompetence of the sales person whom wasted our time from the beginning was our first negative experience with Snooze, further souring our experience, the entire bed frame looks like it was made with such little care or attention to detail to the point where I am questioning how the person in charge of quality control allowed this to leave the factory at all and how they would dare put their name to such a flawed, rushed product.I spent $8,398 with you guys and this is what I got? I've never felt so cheated or ripped off for something in my life.

Jamie was an absolute 11 out of 10 in my purchasing experience. She was very empathetic , efficient , knowledgeable and I can’t recommend enough the excellent service she provided me. I purchased two beds with specific needs and budgets and she went over and above to meet these. Snooze is very lucky to have such a wonderful person represent them. I hope she receives lots of recognition from this. She really deserves it.

Thank you IAN from Moore Park for helping with my final decision on which mattress to purchase. He has shown n explained to us with such knowledge and patience the different mattresses based on my needs for a good night sleep. He has made the searching and decision a fun one with his good sense of humor.While wandering around the shop with my daughter to refresh my thoughts I decided to check on the quilts. As we turned around to search for service we were met with Patrick attention. Again all our queries were answered on quilts and mattress protectors etc.As Ian was approaching we explained to Patrick that Ian was taking very good care of us. Patrick handle us back to Ian with great elegance and professionalism. We ask Ian for a last tour on the mattresses. We took the tempur mattress + base + pillow and the mattress protector + the quilt.Very happy with the purchases as we were very well looked after. No pressure and unwanted sales talk. Only loads of knowledge, great service n attention from these 2 gentlemen IAN & Patrick. Very professional. I am confident the delivery and the after sales services will be just as good. Walked in to browse, purchased because of the service!Very pleased with the team at Snooze Moore Park, particularly Ian and Jamie.My husband and I had only just begun our mattress shopping journey when we walked into the store, was greeted with friendly helpful faces, took our sleep profile and with wonderful service and knowledge from Ian, we ended up purchasing our first Sealy mattress and base (with a great deal!)The next day we actually went back into store to upgrade the base to a frame (with another great deal from the team!), and were helped by Jamie who was kind enough to provide a loan base for our new mattress while the bed frame is on back order.The following week, we got a phone call update that our mattress was arriving sooner than expected which was great to hear.Overall, we can’t recommend Snooze Moore Park enough, they were so helpful and knowledgeable, took their time with us and gave us a price we couldn't refuse. Thank you to Ian, Jamie and the rest of the team!

Ian, the salesperson, was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my requirements.He took time to show me the different options available and explained what he thought would suit me.Then, on top of that, he rang the supplier and ensured it would be delivered to me on time.Highly recommend Ian and this store.
