Australia Post - Zillmere LPO

Rejected a letter that was less than 0.5 thick. Went to another post office and it fit through the checker no problem. Instead of guessing try doing your job.

Oh my God. They hate people posting stuff. I've been there twice once to buy something, very nice to me , once just to post a small box and was treated like I was wasting their time.

Very Friendly, helpful in every way. I enjoy our little chats and of course every bodies favourite Buddy.

the old lady and old man with the dog that work here are the rudest people ever

Worst post-office I've ever been to, both the man and woman on the counter were very rude and lack any customer service and professionality , and after reading other reviews I'm not alone in my experience . I have put in a complaint to Aus Post main office regarding my dealings with the staff at this post office, if this is your local, i feel for you. Avoid if possible.

This is my favourite post office. The man has a dog that is so friendly and sleeps behind the counter and you can pat the dog. also the man heard my dog barking from the car and gave me a treat to give her. Best service ever

Do not go to this post office.If you don’t use the correct name for “address book”, the lady will get frustrated at you.If you ask if you could take an address book home, like most post offices allow you to do, she will get hostile.If you ask if you could take a few envelopes over to the counter to check if your items fit, she will get frustrated & insist you pay. Become hostile and rude. Even though all post offices are happy for you to check.I then said to my partner “we won’t come back here” after the woman was extremely rude and hostile to me for absolutely NO REASON, she said behind the counter “that sounds good”.I did absolutely nothing wrong. Just a happy trip down to the post office and the woman just made it a terrible experience. I did absolutely nothing wrong and yet I was bullied for simply asking questions.My bf witnessed it all.We decided to take the rest of my items down to my local at Geebung, where customer service do NOT get angry at you for asking questions.Please go to Geebung post office if you do not wish to be attacked for a lovely trip posting items for birthdays and friends.
