After its doors being dhut for almost a year the Royal is now open for business. Great country pub with a little bit of everything. By day a vibrant cafe can be found up front with Melbourne quality coffee. For a quick fix, Takeaway cakes pies and sandwiches. The pumpkin & feta pasties are awesome. Have a seat at the comfy bistro. Excellent meals. Entertainment and live music. Gourmet pizza's Takeaway or dine in. Great range of beer and wine. Better food. Better coffee. Better drop in.

Had takeaways twice and very satisfied with the large portions and the meals. The new owners have certainly done their homework. Awesome.

Since the new owners have taken over they have bought back the country values, prices and service you would expect in a country pub. Food is homemade, cooked perfectly and delicious (and very well priced) .The staff are friendly and helpful and the place has a comfortable country vibe. Very highly recommended. Will definately return!

Beuatiful old pub, food OK but colder than a fridge in winter. Despite sitting in front of the woodheater and complaining of the bitter cold, all we got were weak excuses. One of the guests at the table next to us. got up opened the door and piled some more wood on, she left the door just ajar to get it to flare up and we finally started to feel some heat coming out. The owner complained that the fire would choke, She also had the flue cloed down which the quest opened up . When the owner put her hand on my shoulder and asked if I enjoyed the meal, I told her, in perfect honesty, that I was too cold to enjoy it. Won't be going back

Lovely meal with grilled barramundi, best salad I've had for a long while. Service was good and the cook even made the veggies to suit a special diet. Can recommend.
