Classic Barber Plenty Valley

Went in and asked for a bit of a trim of the beard and a hair cut, to about a third of the length. He then shaves my long beard off, that I had been growing for about a year. When I told him that all I asked for was a little trim, I received no apology. He then cut my hair and on closer inspection at home, at random lengths. Not only did I pay to get my beard taken, but now I have to go and get another hair cut to fix his mess!

Very good barber place! Kim is my only barber I go to now and he is very good at cutting hair to the way you want, you just have to be very specific with what you want in order for it to be done right. Keep up the good work Kim!

If I could give them 0 stars I would have.I’ve taken my son there before and had no issues but this time around a different lady cut my sons hair said she could do a spider web in his hair like he normally gets but she had no idea what she was doing! Then when I asked if it can be fixed she said she would make it thicker.. no thank you. So I asked her if she could just take get rid if it cut his hair shorter then she wouldn’t listen got defensive with me and then they were all laughing about it. My son is 7 and has some sensory issues as it is and they made him cry in the end. I got my money back and went to the barber near jay jays and he fixed my sons hair for free!

Went to get a haircut, normally get a 5 with a skin fade, but this barber decided I needed a 2 on top… then proceeded to blame me for the mistake saying that’s what I asked for. Don’t think I have to say it but DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Not one of these people know how to barber it blows my mind how bad the quality is I question if they are even qualified or watched a few YouTube videos and think they are barbersI can not stress enough how bad these people areI was watching the other barbers they are all as bad as each other! One guy couldn’t blend customer hair he called another so called barber to help himThey were all butchers that don’t deserve to be called barbers or hair dressers absolutely shockingEven if you don’t care about your hair I would strongly advise DO NOT GO HEREAnd I’m fairness I have been here twice and the same outcome….. rubbish

Had good experience before, but today was not really great, the guy who cut my hair did not do a good job and leaving parts of my hair uncut and they are not in symmetry. The beard was left uncut at some places even after showing him the spots. It was kind of a rip off. Total waste of $70. Sadly I won't be coming back!

Shocking customer service, to the lady that was working on Australia day find another profession, extremely rude.Refused to cut our 4 year olds hair because he moves to much... he hadn't even sat in the chair???Our 8 year old has been going here for the past 4 years but no longer, lost a customer and will make sure others know about the appalling service.All about pushing as many as possible to make cash and lost the service.

I've usually had nothing but positive experiences here but after today I'll admit I feel ripped. I went in after work to get a cut and beard trim as normal, got served by a new guy who seemed nice enough.Because I was tired and half dozing off I didn't take notice of the horrendous haircut I'd received. Not too mention completely uneven beard with some parts longer and some not even trimmed at all.This whilst not my first problem with this barber, is definitely the last. I can handle my hair being cut shorter or slightly different to what I asked but I can't handle truly unprofessional sloppy workmanship. Not to mention I got charged $63 for this clown cut.

Edit: Had it at 5 stars, this time had zero effort barber.Only good barbers here are the AsiansBeen here number of times now haven't had a problem :)
