Very helpful staff. I went in to look at Garmin watch bands. Even though the staff member advised they didn't supply these he went out of his way to assist me and locate where to order the band for my Garmin without hesitation. Very professional and great store setup.

A few hundred dollar flipper from Mares becomes unusable after just after about dozen dives due to vulcanizing/ glue issue at the factory. After waiting 2 weeks all they could tell me was that Mares did not respond to their sent email....so now I am vaiting until Mares even respond to their poor quality manufacturing. And of course me not been able to use goods that I have paid for....Incredible
