Absolutely fantastic company from the first point of contact right up to leaving the property.I had issues trying to engage someone to remove a dying tall native tree in our back yard right on the fence border. Once I had contacted Eden Trees it was a quick process to get someone out and talk through the logistics. It was a pain free process with great communication.Mitch and the team came out to remove the tree on a 37 degree day with incredible professionalism. They are very customer focused and considerate of you and your neighbouring properties. Despite the high temperatures and heavy work, the team did it all so quickly.We are so impressed by the job well done and can’t recommend them enough!

Great experience with Eden Trees, Dean and his team did awesome on a large difficult job. The maintenance and removal of a large number of huge trees, combined with multiple owners and Body Corp and a multitude of obstacles. The guys were all very professional, good communication throughout and a very reasonable price. Robyn and Peter were also fantastic throughout the quoting, admin and organisation of such a complex job. Will definitely be engaging them for future maintenance. Thanks

This is the first time I’d ever used a tree removal company. From the first point of call I was already impressed with the customer service I received from Robyn, all my questions were answered and I had almost considered booking an appointment straight away but I thought I’d make a few more calls. One company directed me straight to a link to fill out a form and another made me feel like I was being an inconvenience as they were really busy. I called Robyn back straight away and booked with eden. Dean and the team came out yesterday and their service was excellent! The amount of work they did was outstanding and they were very friendly, my neighbours even commented on how hard they worked and were impressed. I highly recommend eden for your tree removal needs

Excellent professional service from start to finish. Robyn who handles phone calls & correspondence is very friendly & helpful.Dean & the team completed the job proficiently & worked well together. They were all very polite & cleaned up well when they had finished .We would certainly recommend them & use again for any future tree removal.
