Staff are nice enough, but so many weeks in a row they are low stocked on so many items. Ordered online last week and 7 out of my 24 items were not available. Stock standard items too ... not fresh produce. Not shopping here anymore, shame, being just down the road.

Coles doesn't have enough staff .I cannot get help and they are rude.Most items I wanted were not available and I went to Woolworths instead.

My family and I regularly shop at Coles in Andergrove and although most of the staff I have been served by in different parts of the store are helpful there is one employee that always goes out of her way to make sure we reiceve the service that keeps us returning week in week out. Kylie in the Deli is a huge asset to your store. Always so happy, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for making grocery shopping a little bit more enjoyable.

Nice and tidy, good variety of food in Coles. Love having Liquorland next door. Chemist, nails, newsagent and some great eateries.

Staff not helpful. When you asked for coriander they will say I will check on back and then disappear they won’t come back we waited almost 15 min. And front end team always chit chat by ignoring customers.

4.5 ⭐️ best Coles in townthe car park is awesome here, the complex is nice and there are other stores here like a chemist, bakery and multiple food options. The store is always well stocked and tidy.
