Was very crowded in Tuesday when I arrived, came back first thing this morning and was served efficiently and politely by the staff who uploaded my passport for student university payments.I was expecting the worst and was pleasantly surprised.

Don't bother, staff will just tell you to use the app. If you try to explain that you are having trouble with the online system they just talk over you and tell you to use the app. Then they will tell you they can't help you and to call one of the centrelink phone numbers (I recommend taking a day off work to sit on hold). Don't waste your time going into this branch.Even the Medicare side was no help, just wanted to add a child to medicare card, got given a form and told to do it o line.

We went there the afternoon for applying for medicare card. It was confusing because there was one person who has exactly same name and same date of birth as mine so it took a bit longer searching. Krinstine was very patient and smiling to help us. It’s over her work time ( didn’t expect it would take that long to have it done) We had good experience there. Thank you

Just wasted hours driving around to different locations because the staff here gave me completely incorrect information. After waiting forever to get in to them at Robina in the first place. Achieved nothing I needed to and wasted hours. Furious.

The signs say Respect our staff ...well will someone at Robina Centrelink tell the staff member Sharon she needs to repect the customers who come there for help. With her condescending attitude I knew this was going to be a rough appointment. And it was!!!.I was dismissed in 10minutes absolutely NO respect. She should be not working there !!!

If you are Asian, visit other places!!!She was very rude and wouldn't listen to what the purpose of our visit was. She cut me off and said what she wanted to say before I could finish. And she pretend not be able to understand asian English pronunciation. It was terrible experience.

Today a woman in a wheelchair was embarrassed & thrown out and told she has no business waiting to meet someone there. She had to sit outside in her chair outside for an hour. This is the mindless, inhuman new world brought to you compliments of heartless bureaucrats & thiner silly rules. If it was beating down rain or sun I don't know what she'd do. A kind worker came out & consoled her & said the security guard had no right to speak to her that way. This is where tolerating the government policies leads to.
