PARRAMATTA HOLDEN SERVICE

When I called to book my car for a service, they said it would take 4 hrs. When I dropped it off at 0730 they said it would be ready at 1500. Last time I went there, they didn't wash the car, I asked if the car can be washed and they said yes they will make sure. I didn't hear from them so I called at 1500 and they said to come in as my car is ready. I said to please make sure its washed. I arrived 45mins later, they handed me they keys as it was ready but the car wasn't washed. They offered me to wait an hour while they wash it, I declined.I understand that they are busy but I found their customer service poor. Don't say that the service takes four hours then change it when dropping the car off. Don't promise the car will be washed when you know how busy it gets, stop tell people the car wash is part of the service when you don't actually wash it and don't tell me the car is ready when you havnt washed it (I was told twice its part of the service).

Great service and very helpful sales team but Ricky was great help and Would like recommend them to friends and family.

No resolution to issues I raised time and time again during the warranty period. First service after warranty period all the same issues previously raised are now discovered and are at my cost when they would’ve been covered before.

Staff needs to be retained at service centre not enough knowledge of their day to day work even, absolutely useless.Made first mistake bought holden second mistake bought it from parramatta motor group.Not recommending to anyone.

been there to get audio code, asked me to go home and wait, 5days no answer, called them, they could not get the access and asked me to call other service centre, I called other service centre they said parramtta could access" Really good service for the money
