Chemist Discount Centre Westpoint Plaza

The staff are very friendly and helpful in this chemist. The only problem I ever have, is when my medication if out of stock. However the staff are great in helping me locate what I need at another chemist if possible. A++++++

The best and friendliest staff in any shop in Brisbane.I come from Forest Lake to be served by their staff. One of the best parts of this Chemist is I'm not standing around for 20 or 30 minutes just to get a script filled, like EVERY OTHER Chemist in SEQ.Sure it's a 20 minute ride on my Harley but it's time spent riding & not standing around waiting.Anytime riding is a good time. I do realise giving them all such a glowing review may change my wait times but the Staff honestly deserve the shout out. In other Chemists I get made to feel bad for asking to have a script filled, with the usual response, do you have some shopping to do because it's going to be 20 minutes & by 20 minutes she really means 35.The Staff at the Chemist Discount Centre Westpoint really go to their best efforts in serving everyone who comes in the store.Sadly this basic skills of being polite and friendly are sadly being lost but not at this company.Thanks again to all the staff & management cheersBrett ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Generally good service. Was served by a short older lady who was eating something and chewing with her mouth open the whole time she was talking to me. It was really disgusting
