Amanda is an amazing person who has helped me be more confident in my ability to defend and help myself in difficult situations. I enjoy going to these lessons and being able to learn how to defend myself in both positive and negative situations.

I can’t thank Amanda and her team enough for helping my 16 yr old daughter after we got broken into and she was home alone. The fierce team have helped Re empower her and give her the strength to know she can defend herself in the future. As a mum they’ve helped me stop worrying about her safety as she grows up, seeing she’s already able to recognize and make better choices. I can’t recommend the fierce Females enough. Amanda is super sweet and understanding, and caters your self defense experience to your individual strengths and experience. She runs through all of the basics which makes her style of teaching very approachable. Also teaches the theory and laws behind self defense which is super helpful. Definitely recommend!

Amanda has been coming weekly for almost a year volunteering her time teaching the women’s self defence but what this teaches is a lot more than just self defence it teaches self-esteem and it teaches positive life skills. Amanda is so happy every time she arrives. Amanda listens to the women. Amanda is always kind with the women. I have seen over time the women’s improvement and they come out of the class so happy and empowered. I have clients saying they have better self esteem and they have better body self worth. They are encouraged by each other. The women are so excited each week for the class to begin. If the children are there she teaches them also, the children love her classes. We are so grateful for the wealth of experience Amanda brings. Thank you Amanda for helping us to save lives. Xo

I would highly recommend Fierce Females to anyone. I did 10 classes over 9/10 weeks with Amanda learning self-defence… She is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and also able to have a laugh and meet you at your skill level. I feel better equipped to deal with hostile situations. She teaches you self-defence to protect yourself in a way that is legal. The biggest surprise for me was also learning the psychological side of self-defence.Fierce Females also made it very easy with payment plans. & I was able to do private lessons with a friend of mine (who works in a dangerous medical work environment). Amanda went above and beyond to cater to our specific needs. I could definitely go back to learn more!!!

My teenage daughter and I were referred to Amanda at Fierce Females for Women's self-defence classes. It has been an eye-opening, learning experience for me. It has helped me deal with issues I never knew I had psychologically, mentally and physically. I thoroughly enjoy our classes and have learnt so many techniques that even someone like myself is able to perform easily. She speaks clearly, has easy to understand instructions and is happy to answer all and any questions you may have. 5 stars across the board! :)

This self defense course has been an absolute revolution for my teenager. Largely doe to the way Amanda teaches and mentors I have seen my daughter blossom and I feel so much better knowing she has skills since she goes to school in Brisbane. Highly recommended.
