used this facility since it opened in early 2021. Moved between units as needs changed. I have used many different storage facilities and this one is by far the very best in terms of access, cleanliness, staff helpfulness. Never been a shortage of trolleys, 24 hr access can be arranged, great lighting, nice clean toilets. Site is completely undercover so for anyone.needing regular access in all weather this cant be beat. A big thankyou to John who has met every request with a smile and can do attitude.

I have found the staff at Wilson's Forrestville to be most helpful and courteous. The condition of the facility is extremely clean and very user friendly. The use of the walk behind fork lift made the move into very easy. I researched numerous places prior to taking the lease. When the time comes to move out we have only to give 1 months notice. I have a 90 square meter space with two lock up roller doors. The rates are very competitive. I highly recommend the facility and staff. Ian

Wilson Storage at Forestville is a good storage facility, well designed with easy access and good lifts. The units are good value with above average height. John (the manager) and his team are great to deal with. Highly recommended.

We had a storage unit plus rented a small office here for around 2 years before we relocated to another State.The staff are wonderful. Always helpful and invaluable for our business which was sending and receiving multiple parcels daily. They assisted with our incoming parcels and made it easy for our outgoing parcels. We didn’t have to be there for Aus Post and Courier drop offs and pick ups as the Wilson’s staff were there for us. The facilities are lovely. Clean, bright, music playing. It always felt like a great place to be and work from. We highly recommend Wilson’s Storage and Office Space. For a small business or just for personal storage, it’s the best we’ve ever used. Wonderful people at Wilson storage, so helpful and friendly. Loved the 25% off while I packed my whole entire house into one of their storage boxes. Access is easy and security is at the highest. Thanks for a great customer service experience!

Highly Recommended.Nicole was able to assist us with some much needed storage during a move over the Christmas/New Year period. She organised a great, short-term rate on a unit and the use of a moving vehicle to help with some larger items (no extra cost). As at Jan 2021 the facility is new so everything is clean and tidy. Access was easy, no problems with anything at all. Nicole is very helpful and just gets things sorted.

Great new facility and in a perfect position for my business storage needs. Staff members John and Nicole were very helpful and professional and made the whole experience easy.

Convenient location however deceiving once inside. There is only 6 car spaces inside facility and you need to walk the rest of the way to the storage locker. The planning is rated a D -. Adequate trolleys available to help with load but I feel it would be much better to pull up next to storage locker hence the planning should of looked more like a multilevel carpark with garages instead of a entry level go kart track with no parking....Rant over.

John and Nicole were super helpful with everything from packing supplies to choosing the right size unit. Fantastic customer service. I also really like the brand new facilities and easy access.
