Disrespectful behaviour!! I had a haircut, when I got an appointment I explained to them how long is my hair and how much I want to cut! However, when the hairdresser talked to me she increased the price! I explained to them that they gave me a different price over the phone! They were rude and told me that I’m lying!! Also, I’m not happy with my haircut, it’s not what I wanted! And my haircut wasn’t something special also showed the photo to the hairdresser as well!!

Booked a cut and blow wave for my wife Sarah. We were lucky to get an appointment on the day with a lovely stylist Annabel, whom did such a wonderful job with my wife’s hair. She looks beautiful.

I had my foils done by Annabel and she really did understand the brief I gave her on what I wanted!! I went in with brassy blonde hair and really wanted to go back to a more natural look and I couldn’t be happier with the foils she did. Annabel really listened to what I had to say and did an amazing job of transforming my hair from blah to brilliant. I’m so happy with my foils and got a complete freshen up that I was after.

After having my hair ruined at a different salon I contacted Rokk Ebony Malvern. Not only did they squeeze me in for the following day, but Bre did the most incredible job. She was so lovely, made me feel so looked after and like she genuinely cared about my end result. My confidence has gone through the roof, I’m seriously so happy and will never be going to anyone else. Thank you Bre!!!
