ACH Fencing, retaining wall and landscape

Very unprofessional! Gill responded very quickly when asked for a quote. He assessed the fence repairs required and texted over a quote immediately which was very appreciative. I went back to him 2 days later to confirm that we will proceed and asked him to schedule us in. 2 weeks, 4 text messages and 4 phone calls later, and no communications at all on when he can slot us in. He's now avoiding my calls. Didn't even have the decency to tell me that he is busy and we should go to some other fence repairer. It's a small repair but still over $1K that we are paying him. We didn't negotiate on his quoted price since we wanted to support local and we could afford it. Happy to wait, but not without some sort of communications and at least an idea of whether we'll be waiting a month, or maybe in this case.. forever.

Utilised ACH fencing recently in our new build. Gill and his colleagues provided a professional service and on time installation even during these times where material is in shortage. Paling fence completed 8 wks from accepting quote (which was great considering fencers backlog due to storm work over last few mths). Very happy with the work done, fence looks great.
