Little River Picnic Area & Walk-in Campground
The best wood bbq place i have ever been to. There is not much space, only two or maximum three groups can do bbqs. Only one bench there so take your camping chairs with you. The backdrop of flowing creek and lush green mountains is just awesome. Kids had a lot of fun trekking aling the creek. Highly recommended if you like to be away from packed public bbq spits

Little River Picnic Area & Walk-in Campground
This is a really nice picnic area. Its not a camping ground, however there is one camping spot you can book through the parks.vic.gov.au website that is suitable for a small walk in camping group. No vehicle based camping is allowed. There is a small creek that runs most of the year, and there is a long drop toilet and tank water available. The picnic and bbq facilities are not available at the moment due to COVID-19 restrictions.

This place is tucked away in the Brisbane rangers national park...easily accessible by car but take your time as its can be a tricky if your not used to dirt roads....but that said its still easily enough to get to....this is the smaller one of the 2 that are in this part of the national park...there is a toilet here but only 1 the other park has multiple toilets male and female which can be access very easily off switch rd...this does have a fire place facility for open fire or bring a grill to cook on...plenty of walking tracks near by or bring a picnic

Nice picnic spot if you're driving but amazing campsite if you walk in along the Burchell Trail. Stunning gorge-like area with steep river sides. No water in the summer but great nonetheless.

Great spot for a remote feel picnic or BBQ. You can walk part of the Burchell trial and loop back along made tracks.. great fun.

Beautiful place. Roads in a bit difficult for conventional car - 4WD would be easier. But worth it.
