**Edit** Thanks Laura, over group was pre-arranged, and we came as part of local RTO. Management should check with their staff to ensure they are prepared to allocate time to pre-arranged groups.If not, they should not accept the booking.Came here as part of a student group seeking information and resources to pass on to care recipients. We were totally 'blown off' by staff, our pre-arranged group was apparently invisible, and we came away having gained no information we could pass on to clients.Seventeen of us have now qualified from last year's intake and are working locally. Can't imagine how we could recommend this service to vulnerable clients.The website is appealing but being made to feel invisible irl was stressful :/
