While the prices were slightly more than my usual walk-in, the ladies here were extremely thorough and double checked everything!Shape of thread and of tint, shade of tint before, during and afterwards. They even ensured at the end that I didn't need anything else done, added or changed.Perfection.The only thing missing was a trim which must be a bonus of my local salon but not here.The before pic is with the sunnies.

The service here at Karrinyup is amazing! The staff are so friendly and accommodating they always do an great job with my brows, especially Jess. Can’t recommend them enough!

I so wanted to love this place. Although the technician was lovely, she went completely rogue and freehanded my brows, not in a good way. I asked for natural & not heavy. I ended up with boxy, dark, uneven, oversized brows that look like a pair of mismatched caterpillars about to launch themselves off my face! So disappointing.

Got my eyebrows tinted here. I did not feel comfortable with the service. I saw the staff rolling their eyes at customers and not answering questions helpfully. I felt like I had made a bad decision trusting my eyebrows with someone who showed so much contempt towards me, I felt like I couldn't communicate with her what I wanted and was not happy with the experience.

I got my eyelashes extended for the first time and I loved it. Jess explained me everything so well and made this experience so easy and comfy, I was nearly falling a sleep haha. Can’t recommend her enough.

Had my waxing done. Michelle was excellent and made it painless. She also explained me the difference between threading and waxing and helped me choose the right service for me.

Very pleased with customer service . Jess did an amazing job and been really helpful my eyebrow shape and colour just looking great. Highly recommend this place and her too.
