Not good I ordered a gift set of caviour, and on the delivery date it didn't suit me as was out of state on holiday so I arranged to have them delivered the following Tuesday as would be home the person who deals with the emails said that would be OK. They end up arriving on the wrong day and it took me 8/12 hours to get someone to get them off my doorstep to a fridge. It's ment to be kept refrigeration and I opened one and it has clear see through goo and I'm worried it went off . The person emailed to say sorry about the mix up with delivery but won't answer me when asking is there ment to be clear s goo on the caviour and is it safe to eat if left out for 8/12 hours. Still can't eat them untill someone answers me I have that one I've opened in the fridge 4 days now.

Ordered a selection of caviar and smoked trout as a birthday surprise for my wife.Q. Could you please deliver on that special day ?A. Yes we can do that, easy.And yes it arrived in time for lunch, packaged perfectly in an insulated box with loads of ice packs and insulation and also a couple of extras at no charge.Plenty of emails so that I was up to date with the order progress and pending delivery.Did the taste live up to expectations? Yarra Valley Caviar has always got very good quality products and the delivery is very quick and reliable. The delivery comes in a cold box and ice packs that keeps the products in good condition.Once I was in a 2-star Michelin restaurant in Hong Kong and the restaurant is famous for their caviar dishes. I asked what kind of caviar they were using for their dishes. The restaurant manager went to the kitchen and brought out a can of Yarra Valley Caviar. I then knew that Australian caviar had already on stage amongst quality caviar producers in the world.To pay respect with this quality caviar product, I would recommend tasting it straight away. I have simply prepared some seafood dishes at home like lobsters, scallops and oysters to go with this lovely caviar.
