Expensive money pit.The service management is appalling.Did not listen to or follow instructions resulting in expensive unwarranted work not asked for or required Hagans Albury need to learn customer service protocol and use job sheets to write down the customer's requirements instead of trying to remember 20 different clients requirements resulting in unnecessary expense to the customer.I asked for a power amp and head unit to be wired not fixed for easy removal from my boat but Hagans did none of that instead fixing the power amp under a seat with no air circulation to it vulnerable to water ingress and against my specific instructions.800 dollars for a job that should have been 300.The premises reminded me of a factory from the 70s Dirty oily floors with tools and my boat parts strewn on it not to mention no covers were put down to protect the boat interior .oily boot prints from their workers on my carpets.dirty greasy hand marks not cleaned off the interior or exterior of my boat. Overall the most expensive incompetence I've ever had to pay for.800 dollars for what should have been less than half that.Would in no way recommend these people or their services charges which are commensurate with the fees of the Hilton Paris whilst delivering a service commensurate with the Hilton Bankok

In total I was charged $1,100 for a car that still drains my battery.They treated me like a joke! Initially they stated on the phone that my bill for diagnosing the cause of the current drain! Was around $600. Including a new battery which they claim was damaged. They said that I can obtain a new reversing camera for as little as $100 and up to $300.After their alleged diagnoses`. I of cause I had to accept the fee for $600 and I said that I would like a replacement reversing camera! The operator on the phone, he says out loud! So you want us to install a new reversing camera!" Yes!!I picked up the car and the fee was around $900. I had the car parked at home for 2 days and the battery was dead again. I had it towed back to them and called to tell them "it is still draining the battery". They call me 2 days later and said "the battery we gave you is a dud and has to go back to the supplier for a possible refund! But a refund will depend on the supplier.I was charged a further $220 for installing a new battery.The car still drains the battery only 2 days of non use.I now have to use a second battery that I have to physically move to the van

Quick, effective, safe- all for ridiculously cheap. I rocked up at 9am with no booking and with a busted parking/tail light, was out the door by 9.15am good to go! Diagnosed both the problem and the cause, then recommended a more in depth repair job later on, meantime they gave me a safe and workable fix to get me back on the highway. They weren’t patronising and weren’t too arrogant to ask for the manual to locate the fuse box (instead of ripping the whole car apart to find it spending time & money like others have previously).
