My son and I have been working with a Physio Inq O/T and have had a very positive experience. The O/t working with us has been so positive and very keen in presenting new ways to view difficulties, has followed up between appointments with phone calls that are very supportive. The office staff at Physio Inq are polite and very helpful. We look forward to continuing our journey with them.

Very disappointing. Physiotherapist was organised by myself for a home visit for my elderly 86 year old mother who has had several falls. I explained to the person who took the booking what my mother would need, the lady was professional and booked an appointment for my mother to be seen within the week.The physiotherapist that turned up came unprepared, she did not have a table for her to work on my mother and tried to work with her whilst my mother was in her bed (this is not good practice both for the physio bending over a low bed and nor is it good for my mother).My sister who is full time care asked the physio why she had come with nothing only to be advised that she was new to the company and had yet to be fitted out with the proper equipment. This is unacceptable both for my mother who is recovering from several fractures and how well does this company take care of their staff!!!! Which industry are you in??? I called the St. George area office.

Have had a couple of face-to-face interractions with one of the Physio Inq OTs (Elle). Both meetings turned-out very productive & informative. Really great to have stumbled on this agency through Google search. The level of professionalism and genuine concern to help and assess client's needs is what induced me to give this company a perfect score in my book. Elle's service exceeds my expectations. She's indeed a valuable asset to Physio Inq. I look forward to continuing our professional relationship. Highly recommended !!!

A totally professional and pleasant experience, Sophia attended to my mother in law whom has recently got out of hospital with a fractured humorous. It was amazing to see how she got my mother in law to react to her instructions, positively and beneficially. I would highly recommend Physio Inq. Thank you on behalf of the family and mother in law whom was suitably impressed with Sophia who has a way with the elderly, my mother in law is 93 years of age.

Natasha Smoleniec treats people with the upmost of respect. She is punctual, kind - and actually prepared to listen to her clients.She made me feel like a human, rather than just another number...or an inconvenience. (Which is rare when dealing with specialists)Totally recommend!!

I have MS and pretty severe mobility issues. I am very happy with my physiotherapist John Jenkins and feel that I am making good progress. John is punctual and always has a plan for each session. He mixes things up and keeps it interesting and always focused on my goals. Keep up the good work!

I have recently joined Physio Inq and I have to say I'm glad that I did. My case manger Kestin is awesome she actually makes me feel at ease which is very difficult as I'm what you would call a recluse. Kestin makes you feel like a normal person by that I mean, is that you know that you have physical and emotional disabilities but when you're in her presence you honestly feel like you don't for a split second. If Physio Inq has more people on their staffing list then I know that they know what I'm talking about and if they don't they should.Kestin is very professional and takes her job seriously, she will go that extra mile, she is in constant contact, and whatever she is there to do for you she actions very quickly so as you have what you need to be comfortable.I could go on for ever but with a lasting comment I will say this it is very hard to let people in with me, there is only a select few that is and Kestin got in with the first appointment I had and that is extremely rare. I am really glad that I went through with the appointment that was made on my behalf.If you are looking for a company for your needs then give Physio Inq a call and I believe that you'll be extremely happy that you did.Bella (Point Cook).
