Had to buy some Generator Oil...When i purchased the Generator the oil was missing...When i explained this to Chris he supplied me with the oil that should have come with the Generator..N/C...Well Done Chris...Very Professional...

Great friendly staff. Great selection of ALL tools at competitive prices.It never ceases to amaze me how friendly and helpful the Port Macquarie staff are. Nothing is too much trouble and I always walk out feeling I have been given the best possible service. Many businesses could take note.

Went into Port Macquarie Total Tools 26/6/2023 picked up a festool MIDI Vacuum placed it on the counter in front of a staff member for purchase, who called over two other staff members both of which answered a phone and did something on a computer than vanished. The first staff member left the counter. I left the vacuum on the counter and left. Upon leaving 2 of the staff members were leaving the store.I wouldn’t bother wasting your time here.

Came in on weekend (Sunday 25th Aug) I bought a black large tool chest. I had great service in this store. I had my own Ute to bring it home, but the guy that served me thought it might get scratched up ( Tool chest). So very kindly offered to deliver to me ! No charge! Monday morning shows up, chest all strapped up well, not a single scratch on it,. Thanks for the great service guys! That's why I will be coming back to this store.

My husband visited Total Tools Port Macquarie and he wasn't sure of exactly what it was he needed. However, he met Chris from the Sales Team and was so impressed with the outstanding customer service skills that Chris displayed. Chris was able to show him a better version of the tool that he ended up buying, he explained every detail of how it worked and exactly what it was supposed to do. So a big thank you to Chris and congratulations on your excellent customer service.

I purchased a pump on Saturday from your store. After a little confusion and the pump not being delivered by Monday as expected. I spoke with Sean on Monday afternoon who was extremely helpful, he was personable and knowledgeable. He took it upon himself to help resolve the issue despite him not creating it himself.He personally picked up the pump from the courier and delivered from your store to Tuncurry on Monday afternoon in order for us to have the pump asap and allowing us to be able to give water to the horses.We are so appreciative and impressed with Sean's customer service and willing attitude to go above and beyond when he did not have too.We will definitely be shopping with your store again for the sheer fact of professional and personable Sean was.
