From the rolling hills of Kongwak and birthed from the the pristine waters of Gippsland, Frankenstein rises and unlike his namesake it’s a visit worth waiting for. Unlike many pale ale brewers who seem to be in a perpetual competition of who can make the most bitter beer. The brewer allows us to enjoy the refreshing fruitiness of this drop while reminding us with just enough bitterness on the palate that this is a pale ale.
