I was opening my external roller door at home and I forgot to remove the key from the lock before sliding the door up. I regrettably snapped the key in half, with the other half remaining stuck in the lock.I got in contact with Marcus from MGB Locksmiths and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He arranged a home visit within a few days of initial contact and the job took him no more than 10 minutes to finish.I would highly recommend Marcus to anyone needing a locksmith, and I would definitely call on the team from MGB Locksmiths again in the future :)

From the initial over the phone consultation with Marcus from MGB Locksmiths I found him to be extremely honest about what the job entailed, as well as professional and helpful. Answering all our silly little questions.I wasn't able to be present on the day of the job, so my wife liaised with MGB Locksmiths. From her reports, Marcus was surprisingly friendly, well presented and on-time, unlike dare I say, most other tradies we have had to deal with.Definately would not hesitate to have MGB Locksmiths back, to take care of all our home hardware security needs.

Friendly and professional!Had a number of locksmiths attend my property and none could resolve the issue with my front door lock. MGB came out within a day and resolved the issue within minutes.I also had locks installed on doors within the house, MGB considerate to the fact that I was working from home. Marcus was amazing and even cleaned up any mess from the work.Will definitely refer friends and family.Thanks Team

Absolute great service from the MGB Locksmith team. So friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Constant issues with front door lock that could never be fixed but MGB was efficient and honest in explaining and fixing the issues and also rekeying the rest of my locks. I look forward to continuing to work with him and highly recommend to all. Seriously the Jack of all trades.
