Went here yesterday requesting shellac removal and pedicure and buff polish for hands (hate manicures) was assured by woman on desk that they would remove shellac using mechanical file and that she would be doing the work. (I'd requested she do it because she cuts nails short enough ).She took my payment up front then plunked me in a chair.Filling up the pedi-spa she asked if water temp ok?I replied it was a little hot (42 degrees in Penrith yesterday she nodded , smiled evilly and turned the hot on further!(not lying I was gobsmacked).She then summoned a totally incompetent woman who couldn't speak a word of English to proceed with my 'treatments. They soaked off the shellac in spite of my request for machine removal.This person was rough and inconsistent with all the procedures. She failed to cut my nails short enough and was like a butcher working on my cuticles. She scarcely scrubbed my and left residue on my feet from the salt scrub products used.The nails on my hand have been cut unevenly and there are still many rough edges where I am constantly catching my nails because she failed to file them adequately.The polish has dents and uneven smears because the bottle she used was almost empty and she didn't replace it with a new one.There were about 4 other customers in the salon at this time. The staff scarcely engaged with us speaking their own language exclusively the entire time. Often making smirking remarks and snickering to one another it was an extremely alienating experience.Overall the experience was not the relaxing pamper I'd anticipated when I entered the salon.Definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Not happy with my nails. Very poor service and staff are rude, one came over looked at the colour I wanted and said why do you want ombré for short nails? Then speaks her native language. This was my first time getting my nails done since becoming a mum and suffering from social anxiety, so it was pretty discouraging. I skipped the top coat, went home and fixed up the rest myself.

Worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life. They were so rough and cut my fingers and my nails are shorter than they have ever been, my nail bed is exposed on every finger. Would give no stars if I could.

Going to this nail salon is a sure WASTE OF MONEY! PLS do not use them. They use very low quality nail polish. Had a nanicure, pedicure. Nail polish came off easily, not even a day. Very Poor service too. Most of them are very rude.

I had the worst experience here! My nails were uneven and some were longer than the others, we’re not equal at all!I wanted my first lash extensions to be really good but they did not even reach my expectations the slightest. Mine were crooked and uneven and left my right eye red and irritated for over a week. Don’t even get me started on the cost!!! Please PLEASE do not cover here, it’s a waste of time and waste of money!

Ugliest eyelash extension I've had in my life, also the most expensive so go figure. Asked for long and thick paid $90 then got an extension almost the exact same size as my normal lash

They did acrylic nails on me. they turned out nothing like the photo. my other 2 friends also went and there and there nails turned out amazing. but the lady in the middle did a terrible job i am not happy with my nails at all. they were also kind of rude. they kept saying stop moving. They were also really aggressive. one lady was even walking around with not shoes on. don't go here ever. NOT WORTH THE $ 60 DOLLARS. They also burnt me under the blue light.

Do yourself a favor, please DO NOT USE THEM. Zero stars!I just went in for the 1st time for a SNS mani and shellac pedi, due to being busy they told me they can't do Chrome nailpolish so I opted not to get nailpolish at all and as the manager rudely snatched the colours from me while speaking in her language. She asked me to pay up even before they finished the entire services.This store is extremely racist as they tone of talking to me was very different to how they interacted with the other lighter skin ladies there.A yound girl that seemed 16 years did my pedi, could tell she was being forced to work there and an another lady did my manicure and rushed to take my previous nailpolish off by using a mechanical file.They have BUFFED my fingernails so thin it hurts, my nails feel bumpy and rough. To cover her mess she added nail hardener without my consent.They have done the worst job ever right before Christmas, please review imagine attached. They are butchers not nail technicians, someone needs to go check they qualifications and prices.All this at the cost of $70 of absolute pain, PLEASE do not support this kind of poor quality service, Thanks.

They cut my fingers twice and didn’t seem to care. Also super expensive in comparison to others in the area. The nail polish bubbled as soon as I left as well… not happy overall and will go somewhere else

Normally always happy. Have been coming to this salon for years and have never been unhappy with my nails. Today they were quite busy so they put me with a younger girl. She rushed my nails and filed my skin. She didn’t put enough top coat over my sparkly nails and they are very bumpy. She also did not file the sides on my nails properly and they are extremely rough and scratchy. They look really good but they don’t feel good. Overall will definitely still be my number one nail shop.
