Clean skins is hands down the most professional beauty salon in Warrnambool, the caring and knowledgeable staff go above and beyond in every service. I got an eyebrow wax the service was $27 but the room was relaxing and I got a quick facial which is part of the service! I will be coming back again and again

I’ve been coming to CleanSkins for over 10 years, the staff are always so friendly and make me feel really comfortable. The service is impeccable, it’s clear they have high standards and are passionate about what they do. I recommend doing lazer high removal to all my friends and family, easily one of the best decisions I’ve made, I started seeing results after 1 session!! I know I can trust I will get quality service in whatever I’m booking.

Could not speak more highly of CleanSkins! Staff are always so lovely, friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Tania for providing the best facials in town. Amazing results with the laser hair removal service they provide, the staff make you feel comfortable and really look after you. I love every minute I spend here and always look forward to my next appointment.

As below review, if you go here be careful of very strict cancellation policy. Unable to move appt which had been made less than 24 hrs earlier, with still available spots that day. Lost $50 deposit. Understand the reasoning, but something to be aware of.

I had a really horrible experience with this business, particularly the owner. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had to cancel my appointment due to chronic pain. She had no regards for personal situations especially after I had open up as to why I couldn’t make it to the appointment. I canceled before the 24hr cancellation policy. However she continued to belittle me as she was annoyed that someone else could’ve of taken my appointment. I would highly recommend not going to Clean Skins. And can’t believe this woman talk to people like this, let alone clients. However happy to say that the other people working there were lovely, was the just the owner.

Super friendly owner who was attentive and thorough in all explanations. I felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure. The whole place was really clean and neat. I’d definitely recommend coming here if you’re ever in Warrnambool!
