Hot Yoga Oxenford

I enrolled with Fire Shaper Oxenford in February 2017 - it did not take long for me to fall in love with this discipline, I practice almost daily. This studio is a tight ship! The classes are always on time and the environment is fresh - always clean and orderly. I find that special. Rod and his management, teachers and staff are accomodating, welcoming and kind; parallel to their obvious professionalism, knowledge and discipline. Go!

I always leave the hot classes feeling like I've had a fantastic workout AND a massage. Whenever I go for classes, I can count on melting away the tension of the day and get stronger at the same time. Rod and all the teachers there are so friendly and easily approachable. Highly recommend it!

Best hot yoga I've ever been to. Gorgeous studio, amazing teachers and little things that make this place stand out like on Sunday morning the yogi placed a cold towel on our forehead, if we wanted one, after the standing series. Magic! I'm so glad I found this place.

A great studio to practice hot yoga with lovely and supportive staff. I particularly enjoy Kel's classes. She is super experienced and gives awesome instructions so you are able to improve every class.

Joining Fire Shaper has been an absolute delight, it has brought me wellness for my mind, body and soul. This was something I never had thought about doing, with no yoga experience it became something I wanted for myself. Six months on, I’m so appreciative that I started. You can progress at your own pace, be within your own space and comfort. Now I look outside my environment, and the community of people at this studio is so amazing. I love Hot Yoga and use to attend a practice elsewhere before moving. I had previously met Kel as a teacher at the other practice. I was so happy to find out that Kel had opened her own business here in Oxenford. So I did 3 weeks intro and now I am ready to sign up for 50 classes.
