Very pleased with the service and results. Among the collection of knives that Alex sharpened for me were several old high quality knives with personal sentimental value. They had belonged to my grandparents, including a favourite which was a repair job that my innovative Opa had done for my Oma more than a half century ago. He had salvaged two unusable knives by firmly attaching the very good (non-stainless steel) blade from one to the very strong silver-plated handle of another. The blades of this one and all the others are now in like-new appearance and working condition. None of my knives have ever been professionally sharpened before. I highly recommend treating yourself to future enhanced meal preparation experiences by having all your favourite knives sharpened by Alex.
