Ally is very knowledgeable in her field and provided my friends and I with a very enjoyable yoga class. I can’t wait to go back! Her recipes are great - who knew chocolate bars could be so delicious and guilt free!?

Ally is second to none when it comes to nutrition and overall well being! Ally helped me create a personalised diet plan which has dramatically improved not only my gut health, but my sleep and skin too - her smoothies are to die for!

Such an amazing experience already and I've only had an initial consult! Ally was so thorough throughout the entire appointment and extremely knowledgeable. I've been given information and treatment that I've never come across despite years of visits to GP's and dermatologists. My tincture has arrived within days of my consult and I've been given some really helpful supplement recommendations, along with extensive notes that I can refer back too. I felt really comfortable throughout the consult and was appreciative of how understanding Ally was in terms of costs and personal budgets. Really looking forward working with Ally again!
