I am so appreciative of the fact I found the team at Bay City Health.Everyone is so welcoming, and Clint is amazing,and efficient at what he does, and what he knows.I would/and am going to recommend this team to my family and friends. Thankyou guys for all yo do.

At 76 years old I decided that it was time to supplement my daily walks with something that would improve my flexibility, balance and general well being. Friends informed me that Pilates was good for older people as it involved gentle resistance exercise and pointed out that Bay City Health Group were within walking distance of my home.Having arranged an appointment I was impressed by the friendly efficiency with which I was greeted and really enjoyed my first appointment with Clint who clearly explained the processes we would follow in order to achieve our goals. Clint made sure that I could carry out each activity that he introduced without excessive strain and having attended now for a month or so I am not aware of any negative effects and my partner comments on the improvement in my balance and gait when we go out walking. I would therefore highly recommend Bay City Health and particularly Clint as professional, knowledgeable, safe and friendly practitioners in this area of health.

Had my 2nd session with Clint, I feel fantastic, might be a little sore tomorrow, Clint is magical, I had mayor surgery on my spine September 7, 2022 Royal Melbourne Hospital have only improved slightly, seeing and getting treatment from Clint is a gift, fantastic, this guy knows his stuff, finally I have hope, 10 out of 10, 5 brightest , largest stars!!!!

Clint and Felicity are welcoming and friendly, and make you feel comfortable throughout the visit. I have been seeing Clint about some shoulder pain and he has been great. His work during the Osteo appointments has been effective, as has the stretches and massage he has had me do between appointments. I have seen great results and highly recommend them.

Bay City Health has been consistent and realistic in their approach for me over the last year or so. Their osteopathy treatments along with the weekly clinical pilates sessions ensure that I am in the best position (literally!) to function daily and work with my clients on the ground. Clint and Felicity have helped me to understand how my body works and how to work with my back injury rather than against it. Their expertise and flexibility in individualising the clinical pilates session each week for me has been life changing. They hold me accountable to the sessions I've booked in and every clinical pilates session is empowering and supportive. Wow where do I start. Thank you Felicity for your knowledge, understanding and care of our 14 year old daughter. Tully had spinal fusion surgery for scoliosis in 2020 and Felicity has been an amazing support and guidance in her recovery. Clint and Felicity at Bay City Health have been invaluable to me over the past year, for osteopathy treatment for general soreness and muscle tightness, but more so recently assisting me with my recovery post a car accident. The clinic is such a welcoming place and I always feel so well cared for. The knowledge and professionalism shown is outstanding and the treatments that I have been receiving have been very effective in my recovery.
