I have seen Rigel at Melbourne Hand Rehab for my wrist injury and highly recommend him. He's friendly, professional, thorough and practical with treatment planning. My wrist has progressed in his anticipated trajectory and I'm thrilled!

I have only had two sessions with Morgan so far and she has been able to drastically improve my pain levels and range of motion in my wrist. I went to this clinic with only minimal expectations for my sore wrist but within two months it is almost back to normal thanks to Ben and his team at Essendon Hand Rehab. The place is easy to find. It's a nice vibe and most importantly the methods were well explained, easy and effective. Thank you all.

What can I say about The Team <3 I loved going to this place, they have such a great energy amongst them. I injured my thumb / wrist from serving gelato, and I am a pianist, so it was really important for me to get the right help. Rigel - WHAT.A.GUY. So professional, knew his stuff, and so funny and friendly, just always such a pleasure seeing the clinic, knowing I was in the best care, and going to have smiles along the way. Thank You to Alicia on reception, Morgan and Rigel, I am so grateful to them and my thumb/wrist is stronger than ever :D

EDIT (1 star -> 5 star): They've called me up to apologise and refund the difference. Really appreciate when a business can admit fault and rectify a customer issue. Thanks.Pretty disappointed with the service here. I came in to have a climbing injury diagnosed - the therapist was lovely - but then I get to the counter and I'm charged another $30 (not covered by private health insurance) for the splint (just a folded piece of plastic). During the session, I was never informed I was going to be charged extra. I assumed it was included in the already expensive $130, as that was the experience I had last time at the clinic in Toorak. I'm happy to pay for something, but I don't like having my money spent without being informed about it. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Had a netball injury about 6 months ago that persisted and recently got worse so my GP referred me to the team at Melbourne Hand Rehab.All the staff were extremely professional and friendly, and my therapist Morgan managed to get my finger back to working well again!Can't recommend her and then enough, and I hope I won't be coming back here soon (or at least not until another injury)!
