Caro is an amazing Gyrotonic Teacher! I took many classes and my Gyrotonic pre-training with Caro and learnt a lot about my body. Caro's training also took my physical practice to the next level. Her eye for detail and her hands on assist are pure Magic.

If you want to learn how to move better, how to be even more connected to your body, how to reduce pain and had to have your body work the best it can then Caro is an absolute magician!!! Her understanding of how to cue, helps drop off years of bad habits. Let’s face it most of us spend too much time in a sedentary lifestyle, Caro helps unwind that. She’s brilliant!
