Attention to Detailing

Josh did an amazing job at detailing - I got the Gold package and it was worth every cent - the interior and exterior look brand new. Highly recommended!

Josh did an amazing job on my new E46, removing many of the scratches and minor imperfections that came with the car. The car looks excellent, both inside and out, and I could not be happier with the result, thanks Josh!

Disappointed with the Concours Package. Some of the jobs listed as part of the package were carried inadequately or not at all. Cut and polish was ok, some scratches and water marks still left in paint, along with new marks/scratches on other sections of the car from poor attention to detailing. Would not recommend.In reply to your response:- Yes on a cloudy day I picked up the car it looked great. On a sunny day 2 days later not so, as I could notice all the imperfections, especially the new ones. I can understand the paint is soft and not all scratches could be removed. But how do you explain the new marks/scratches left on the bonnet, left roof seal, rear bumper and behind the rear number plate? And the fact you also mentioned you removed the water marks on the day I picked up the car.- Sorry but isn't it part of your job to remove superficial scuff marks/scratches if they occured before the detailing job itself? Not sure what your argument here is in that case and why you think you did me a favour but not charging me extra for something that was part of the Concours Package (cut and polish) in the first place?- Yes, you only offered to rectify to clean up the residue/marks left behind the rear number plate but why weren't they not cleaned up in the first place? Did you think by putting the plate back on I wouldn't notice?- You did not however offer to rectify the fact the following services listed as part of the Concours Package were not carried out: engine detail, seat belt cleaning, condition and dress plastics (exterior) and exhaust tips cleaned.Your offer was only to rectify the marks left behind the rear number plate and you said you wouldn't spend another day attending the other shortfalls.I therefore suggested that I would be satisfied with a reasonable partial refund which I thought was fair, for the work not carried out or you willing to rectify as part of the Concours Package plus the new marks/scratches left on the car. You declined, hence my review.

Great outcome, used the 'concours' package and felt price was very reasonable for quality of work. Felt very comfortable leaving my pride and joy with the company, who were flexible with my pickup time. Premises was secure and the owner clearly has a passion for cars.Thank you

Josh did an incredible job getting my car detailed before selling. Easy, quick service and did a top job. Definitely reccomend. Will be back.

Josh, did another amazing job, this time on a pre-sale detail for our 2012 Kluger. He managed to really improve some quite bad paint fading on the bonnet and got out some pretty solid scratches. The result was a quick sale and a good price! Would highly recommend Josh's services to anyone looking for a great car detailer. Will definitely use again next time!
