Motai has been a great learning experience and I am excited to continue studying with them after my first term just ended. I previously studied Mandarin in China and I was worried if the same in class learning experience could be achieved in Sydney, but instantly it felt like being back in China studying when in class. My teacher Chrystal has been so great and there is a great vibe in the school. I am so happy to be studying mandarin again and I feel so much progress studying with Motai. My highest recommendations for beginners and experienced learners alike!

I started learning chinese in MoTai Mandarin a few months ago and I quickly learnt many things. The classes are in person and that definitely help and make it easier. Also having a group of 5 students is perfect for bbeing abble to ask questions and also share your doubts with the rest of classmates.

I've been doing private sessions with MoTai over the past 6 months and they have made learning Chinese so fun and useful. I studied Chinese easily over 6+ years ago and the teachers have made it so easy to pick up the language again. All the teachers are so friendly and I'm so glad to have chosen them!

MoTai is a great place to learn Mandarin if you live / work in the CBD. Crystal is a great teacher and supplements the more rigid course work with real life examples and dialouge.Highly recommended if you're on the fence about learning / re-learning Mandarin.

The teaching is well structured (every class has an oral-written test followed by reading from the book, and practice with new grammatical structures/vocab). The small class size really allows you to maximize your learning. Plenty of opportunities to practice your reading and speaking. The teachers are very friendly and help you expand your chinese character vocabulary base and give you greater exposure to chinese culture (i.e. - exploration of chinese books, websites, etc).

MoTai Mandarin is an excellent and professional learning centre. I have just completed my first term with them, and I will be definitely signing up for a second term. My mandarin has improved exponentially and the teaching stuff are both organised and invested in my learning experience.

My appreciation and curiosity about Mandarin and Chinese culture has increased a lot since I started learning at Motai Mandarin. I took the beginner class with Felicity Cao this term and the fun, relaxed vibe of the class is so well suited to adult learners. There is a lot of revision and repetition, along with the introduction of new material, and it is surprising how much improvement can be made in such a short time. I will be returning next year!

Motai Mandarin offers an excellent way of learning the Chinese language. I was a total novice before starting the course. I have found the small class size, the simple to understand learning materials and the friendly and patient teacher make the experience both informative and fun. I would highly recommend Motai to anyone who has an interest in learning Mandarin.

There is surprisingly not many places where you can learn mandarin in Sydney city. MoTai is definitely the best there is to offer. Staff are organised, classes are well run. I've had the pleasure of being taught by 3 teachers now and they were all fantastic.
