I had the most incredible experience at Brookside Silk laser clinic.. I was so nervous as it was my first time having laser treatment but Rochelle and the ladies made me feel so welcomed, comfortable and made the experience pain free! 10/10 for costumer service! I can’t wait to continue my treatments with Rochelle and the team.. Thanks again ladies!

I have always been treated with respect and all the technicians are professional, offering great advice. They really know your skin. It's a happy and friendly clinic and they are great dancers too.

I have been going to Silk over a year now! I see the amazing tech Rochelle, she has made me feel so comfortable and at ease during a generally uncomfortable treatment. The clinic is neat, clean and inviting, and all of the staff are warm and friendly. I would recommend Silk to literally everyone!!

Can't thanks the team enough. My daughter is having some skin and pimple problems and was worried about it and getting treatment for it. The team made her feel relaxed and at ease, took the time to explain what was happening and why, and helped her plan her treatment and management plan. She's been over the moon since and has a new found confidence. Again Can't thank the team enough for the effort they made, its really made a world of difference to her.

Silk at Brookside is amazing!!!! The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional which made me feel so comfortable. The clinic is super clean, neat and tidy. The service was great - one of the best I’ve been to!! Thoroughly recommend.

I absolutely love coming to silk laser clinic at brookside. I’m always met with such genuine and lovely people who make each appointment so comfortable and easy. I’ve recommend them to each and everyone one of my friends and more! I couldn’t recommend enough honestly. I’ve never met a more experienced and knowledgeable team in my many years of getting treatment. So thankful I found this clinic !!

I started going to Silk Brookside a year ago for injectables and haven't looked back. The staff are always wonderful, so helpful and happy. The consult and procedures are always relaxed and easy going, plenty of friendly chats and lots of information shared. They continuously check in throughout treatments and make themselves available if you have an concerns. I was having laser hair removal through another clinic however have since started to go to Silk Brookside as I prefer their clinic and staff. 10 out 10 recommend them to anyone who will listen.

I’ve been going to Silk Laser Brookside to see Susan for 2.5years now, and I could not recommend anyone else higher!She was my first cosmetic nurse and has done all my injectable’s from then on! I recently moved an hour away from the clinic and I still will only travel back to her to trust her with all my injectables, she is truly amazing along with the other girls working there. Could not fault!
