We have ordered the Belgium mudcake and it was dry. We contacted the store and because they couldn't find any issue on the ones at the store, they didn't do anything, no refund, no offering an exchange, no voucher, nothing. We are very disappointed. We have been ordering the same cake for the last 8 years at least 2 or 3 times per year. Really poor customer service.

Ordered a cake 2 weeks ago for tonight turn up no such order. The owner gave me a cake from display. Don’t buy from this store rude and I didn’t get fresh cake made. The owner is rude and didn’t care that they didn’t do the order the store deserves a 0 not a one I’m appalled I ordered by phone 2 weeks ago to the owner worst customer service.

Sold a cake that would should have been binned due to poor quality control.Bought a Cheesecake with comments about it being quite dry and tasting quite bitter. Looking at the leftover pieces in today shows that the cake base is very burnt. This would have been noticeable when the cheesecake filling was put into the base.This is the second cake we've bought from this place in the last three weeks that is substandard. I thought the first one was an accident, but seems likely the quality of the product is far from being good value for the money.Not recommended.

Delicious marble cheesecake and Belgian choc mud cake. Pleasantly surprised with the level of sweetness in both cakes, just right, not sickeningly sweet like those in Coles or woolies. Will buy again!

Delicious and big beautiful rainbow cake! All kids loved it.Great service, the cake was ready on time and the staff was really helpful. Clean and tidy shop, cakes were well organized.The cake was really fresh, moist inside and not too sweet, a lot better than my expectation.

Ordered a cake from here for my daughter's birthday, and the young girl that served me in the shop was very friendly and polite. It was easy to order and ready on time. I decided to top the cake with my own decorations as when I'd called a day earlier to try to arrange customisation it either seemed too difficult for them, or to add multiple different drip colours on the cake was quoted at $10/per colour which was a bit of a joke, hence the lowered star rating. I ordered the sparkle me pretty cake. It turned out great and the kids seemed to enjoy it.

I ordered a cake for my father's birthday the other day and picked it up yesterday. The cake ordered was a Mississippi baked cheesecake. The cake itself tasted good but the chocolate glaze was missing on the sides as well as the peanuts on the sides.The cake seemed much flatter than the one advertised on the website when I ordered it and there wasn't as much edible decorations on the top.I talked with the manager of the store but he blamed the staff (teenagers) as the issue rather than apologising for the cake. He was said that they don't put the glaze on the side as people wouldn't know that it's not a chocolate cake.I feel that the misrepresentation is the main problem and the lack of apology.I have attached the photo of the cake on website and cake received.

POISONING!! ‼️‼️‼️‼️Food Poisoning! ‼️I ordered a cheesecake yesterday, it was not fresh at all. Most importantly, all of our guests who had the cake had stomach pain, nausea and diarrhea reactions.After spoken to the manager, he was very rude, not responsive at all. Then he started swearing.We will report to the food authority regarding this misconduct.

Called in and requested a very last minute special order. They were incredibly accommodating and had the cake ready for pick within a few hours. Cake was delicious and looked exactly how we described. Thanks!!
