Is a good place to stay, with pretty descent room/s. Good sized dining area with friendly pleasant kitchen & hotel/pub staff.(altho descent location, is a tad noisy due to being on main street & adjacent to railway line/s).

Came in today with 15 people for lunch with only 24 hrs notice. Staff was amazing, the chefs were very quick, and the meals were all amazing.Prices are more than reasonable and good-sized meals. Garlic bread looked sensational.Recommend for sure!

Stayed one night in a triple room with friends. The room was comfortable, the bathroom needs a good scrub. Location of the room was across from an outdoor deck at the pub so a bit noisy until closing time. The entertainment offered on the TV was a good selection, however, the wifi is too weak to run it or allow data usage on our phones. The fridge serenaded us all night with heavy breathing and the tap fell off in the shower. Reasonable price.

Good price for accommodation, ensuite rooms have very good heating. Clean and cosy. Food at the bistro is great, easily the best crumbed cutlets I've ever had. Huge!

Horrible experience. I paid $175 for what I was told a 3 bedroom, room we get in and it’s one room (a studio) with 3 beds no space to walk tv didn’t work the bathroom door was broken you shut it and lock it and someone outside can tap it and it flys open. We had broken windows the beds were uncomfortable as hell and the staff were rude. Will never be staying here again. Worse experience I’ve ever had and highly over priced. No aircons half the lights worked doors are impossible to open showers flooded and are broken water flys out of the head the sink makes noises all night long.

Good value, friendly staff especially Owen the manager and Steve. Always friendly and willing to help out, good size chicken schnitzel and chips served with a friendly smile always a bonus. Best pub in Lithgow. Locals always friendly and welcoming

Difficult check in and no advice on where the room was. Very bland beer selection and the rooms lack decoration, spare blankets, and maintenance.

This accommodation is a shocker. $124 for a very basic, cruddy double bed room with SHARED bathroom. Worn out furniture and absolutly no attention to detail or any aspect of quality or charm. On top of a worse than Fawlty Tower experience is the very loud band noise from the floor below. Nothing can block the thumping heavy metal sound - what a nightmare.
