I went to this salon for a haircut. I was happy with the haircut itself, but not the service I received. First of all, their hair trimmer cut my skin a few times. They apologised and said the trimmer can get sharp at times and cut the skin! Which is not acceptable to me as you shouldn’t be using a faulty machine on your clients. That cuts were looking really ugly on my neck for a few days. Second of all, I didn’t even get the trimmed hair on my neck an hands wiped off! I asked for a brush to clean the chopped hair on my face an neck myself. They offered a brush and suggested I use the hair dryer to clean the hair myself!!! That’s actually not what you expect when you pay $70 for a haircut!
