Fantastic service,had ute serviced and was told battery on way out.Went to Rockhampton store didn't have money to get new battery so was told to try recharge.Battery lasted a week from there then had to jump start for another week.They even put it in for me for free and then tested all was ok.Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

Tracy and the fabulous Battery World team did an instant battery test on our terrible van conversion solar batteries, gave us several options with a reliable recommendation on what to do, fixed all our battery disasters with an awesome Century solution, and went far beyond any service we could have hoped for (loan battery for a few days, offers to drive us about, lunch recommendations, liaison on the spot with the manufacturer of the solution we chose... the list goes on). Great job!

Worst customer service experience. I was waiting to be served and 2 male staff at the counter were chatting with another male for about 5 minutes and no one else were in the store.After waiting for about 5 to 7 minutes i walked off the store as both staff members did not acknowledge me.

Had a battery fail in the caravan. This business had a good quality replacement at a very competitive price and were very helpful with assisting me to replace the old unit. They also had plenty of space to park the caravan for the 20 minutes it took to buy and replace the battery.

Outstanding customer service. Had the boys on the road jump start my Dmax to get me to their store nice and quick to save the wait. Karl had a brand new high quality battery fitted and sorted in no time and me back on the road visiting my customers.Wouldn't recommend anyone else. Well done team. MSA003.

Great service by the team at Battery World Rocky! Went in for a new battery and it was installed within 15 mins without a hassle. Positive Batteries should take a leaf out of these guys book!
