Dave is a absolute legend. Best customer service I’ve ever had. And will bend over backwards to help. Awesome product (nighthawk controller). Will not be going anywhere else for my cnc needs. I would give a 10 star rating if I could!!!!!

I've had my 3DCNC QueenBee for over a year now. From set-up to current day I have received excellent support from Dave, Viky and the wider Team at 3DCNC. The product is great - I generally use my machine every weekend and it's performed very well. Support questions are answered in record time (I've even has issues resolved on a Sunday afternoon.) They also provide reliable, speedy delivery of replacement tooling/consumables. I would not hesitate to make a major purchase from them again. (Products I use: QB CNC 100x1500mm, 15W diode laser module.)

These guys helped me get a new controller for one of my lase machines, they gave great service and advice, and even referred me onto another service company that could come out and help me set up the new controller and calibrate everything. Would recommend these guys for any cnc, laser, or otherwise related products.

CNC3D are the real deal. I am an industrial engineer with 40 years of manufacturing experience and these guys know their stuff. There is real Australian engineering on show here including an amazing offline controller. They back their products 100% and they are really friendly and helpful. You can waste your life trying to get a cheap Chinese machine to work or buy a well engineered and supported local machine. I won't hesitate to buy from CNC3d again.

Highly recommend the Team from CNC 3D. Before & After sales service are second to none. Had an issue with my new QB machine after a program i was using messed everything up. The boys jumped in and rectified the problem i had created with no issues, drams or questions asked.If your looking for a CNC machine go and see these guys you wont be disappointed.Will be back for upgrades.

I was on the path to buy or build my own CNC mill, at that stage undecided on which way I'd go, Dave assisted with several enquiries and in the end I went down a different path to his gear as I had specific machining needs for heavy steel. What I was impressed with was the follow up assistance on forums from Dave even though I'd not bought his gear, I will one day when I build a smaller machine and have certainly not forgotten the help provided. A first-class business owner in my opinion.

I never write reviews, but this is worth one for me, I purchased a queen bee cnc router, arrived with a mach 3 novusun controller.I had nothing but issues with it since day one and complicated to set up. in saying this operating, it had huge amount of EMI. wouldn't work correctly 75% of the time. to put it short.with a fair amount of research and google searching I found CNC3D, I phoned them up after many questions they were able to answer all of them. I bit the bullet and purchased the NIGHTHAWK controller. it arrived the same week. once I got it was easy to set up, preset amps to suite my stepper motors, it runs like a dream now, no issues just efficient and consistent.100% recommended don't hesitate to buy this controller well worth the money wish I found it earlier.
