(For customer service getting a machine in to be fixed) He was polite, professional and affable, as well as clearly knowledgeable about a wide range of machines. My machine was serviced a day sooner than expected, and all prices were clearly outlined up front. He offers a 3 month warranty too, that might be stretched if need be. I expect the work to be 5 star too - will update this review necessary.

Good Value Repairs
Took my vintage Singer 99k in for a full service and to change to an LED light. Muhammad was very nice and completed the service very quickly. He also came to my house to give me a free lesson on how to use the machine correctly so I wouldn't ruin it and was very responsive to any concerns I had. Would highly recommend his services!

What an absolute legend! Excellent customer service and job well done. I really appreciated the attention to detail and quick turn around with my overlocker service. Not only did they service the machine quickly but when I had trouble rethreading the machine later on, they were more than happy to come out and show me all the tricks for threading it efficiently and really understanding how everything works. You can tell that they are passionate about their work and want what is best for their customers. If in doubt give them a call :)

My 36 year old Bernini is running like new again thanks to Mr Charara. Excellent service and I my machine was returned to me within 24 hours. Very competitive price and a really nice person to deal with. I am very impressed and would certainly recommend this business.
