Liars conmen and thieves is the only way I will describe this business there staff literally denied being a registered dodge service centre. After charging $5000 to do nothing. held the car for 3 months and returned it in literally written off condition. Estimated $18000 damage to the passenger side. Literally holes in the engine. And today there employe stole my paperwork to hide what thay have dun to a single mother with disabled kids. Leaving her without a car for 12 months. If anyone has questions for me I will be there daily feeding the seagulls from the street with a sign on my car pointing out the damage thay have dun as to help potential victims before thay spend with a scam dealer.Edit your response is laughable. And miss placed I (mat) am not the one you need to respond to. Your victim is Samantha and her kids. I am just a good Samaritan. Trying to help an individual who has been teamed up against by a corrupt group of bullies.

I wish I’d taken heed of the poor ratings Tynans Wollongong service department was given before purchasing my LDV. I find it difficult to believe the five star reviews are genuine. My experience mirrors the one star reviews given here. Mark the service manager is possibly the rudest, misogynistic man I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. As a result of this man I was determined never to return to this particular service centre. My 1 year old LDV had to be towed a month after its last service. I should of realised I would have a problem when after waiting in Wollongong all day while it was being serviced I returned to pick up my vehicle only to be told they didn’t have the skill set to make the repairs. I’ve left 3 messages over the course of a month and a half for Madelyn Tynan to call me regarding my concerns. I’m still waiting for a response. I have let time pass before this review to give Tynans adequate time to respond. Simple fact is , once they have made the sale, they just don’t care. Currently I have no vehicle to drive , I’ve lost days at work, and at minimum a two week wait at another dealership until someone can diagnose the issue with my as new vehicle. I should note when I called Wollongong Tynans who last ‘serviced’ the vehicle, they told me it would not be looked at until the end of April. No empathy, just more patronising remarks from the service manager. And as a previous reviewer experienced, left on hold a number of times for well over 15 minutes while they supposedly checked’ the notes they had on my car from the last service. To all potential customers of this Motor group please heed the warnings of the one star reviews. Don’t go anywhere near this dealership. It’s worth the trip to go and buy your vehicle outside the Wollongong ,Kirrawee area. You will be treated poorly from start to finish. The other one star reviews have made me feel somewhat better, as much as Tynans would love to say that it is me that has the problem, with all the other poor reviews here on google, quite obviously it isn’t me. I’m more than happy to give anyone thinking of buying from this dealership proof and further details of my experience.The response from the ‘owner is exactly what I expected. The issue was never about phone calls, although I do resent the implication I was ever rude on the phone. I taped the calls too. Still nothing addressing the issues of the way I was treated in person and the poor servicing of my new vehicle. Buyers beware.

Good to know they have early drop off, you drop keys in a secure box, i used this service and found it very helpful, they also offer a lock out pick up option also which again I utilised for my service. It would be a nice touch if they gave the cars a quick wash when being serviced.

I absolutely love this team of work. They are so professional and detailing. The amount of the time I was there , each time I have severed with very friendly stuff and always went home with full satisfaction. Also their manager he is very detailed and deliver his job by words. I will always will return with confidence and my car is in good safe hands as long as I am with this people :)

<1 StarHorrific customer serviceOverpricedNo empathy for customers--never the same person in the service area . History of given them poor internal survey scores.Recent major issue--- engine light and poor performance on car with ~90,000km....their fix, buy a new engine, no empathy, went straight to fact car was out of warranty. (3 year/100,000mkm)Wouldn't provide requested documentation from previous services to assist with personnel investigation into matter, I enquired about the ~$900 discrepancy between quote and actual cost (noting this was just labour) contact was generally argumentative when it could have been easily explained. Noted in their invoice I chose to have engine put back together against recommendation (bit of arse covering there) .....other option was to tow it?Looking at options to recover costs associated with the issue via Jeep and possibly further. Disgraceful.

After going to Tynan’s to get my spare parts I can confidently say I shall be returning for all of my spare parts needs in the future! Jordan was extremely helpful and efficient when it came to sourcing my side mirror and managed to track one down overnight for me, Overall the level of customer service was outstanding 10/10 Highly recommend!

I had my LDV G10's warranty service done in Tynan Motor Wollongong Service Centre. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Ambrose helped me with warranty service needs. The car had a few small issues and Ambrose helped with my warranty claims. Everything went through smoothly. He is very polite and professional, always keep me updated with the progress. Anyone takes the car to this service centre, go and see Ambrose, and you will be on good hands.

Drop-off service was good. Confused regarding the fixed price service as nearly $600 for a 25k service, then told my car required tyre balance and basically a decoke due to numerous start/stop which the car does automatically.Told a decoke is recommended annually, so why not include in the service cost?Ended up at a $900 service, advised I had been overcharged and offered a credit, which I accepted.Found the washer bottle empty, and that had been checked ✔️ on the inspection. What else was a tick and flick? Assured all other inspections were carried out.

Firstly, I believe that some of the issue comes from really poor communication between LDV and their dealer, which is why I 2 starred and avoided 1 star. My car was towed to the Wollongong dealership from limp mode. During my conversation with both roadside assist and the dealer assistant I advised that a mobile mechanic had diagnosed already with an error of EGR stuck closed. After the car was at the dealer the service team advised that additional diagnostic time was required to run a DPF burn. I was also advised that this was not under warranty (the car is currently under warranty however I understand that DPF burns are not warrantable). I approved this with a total cost of $400. When I picked up my vehicle within 10km’s the engine light was back on and the car was behaving exactly the same as prior to being towed. I was advised to return the car to the dealership however I had no mode of transportation to do so and at the same time get home, and instead got home in limp mode yet again.When asking the dealer what they would be able to do, I was basically advised that unless I could get the car back down to the dealer they could do nothing. Due to the location of my house the closest dealer for roadside assist was different which I advised the dealer. This is where the rating for 2 stars comes from, as there was no attempt at all to help me rectify my issue. Given the time it took (approx 10mins) for the engine light to come back on, clearly my issue was either missed or misdiagnosed and the lack of empathy or support from the dealer has now meant I need to wait over 2 weeks for another diagnostic. Very disappointing that through all of this I was forgotten about on hold 3 times, had to make multiple calls and even still received no support (although I will say Alana was fantastic in trying to get me where I needed to go, even though she wasn’t my assistant!!). Will never come back and never recommend, very poor.
