Axalta Coating Systems

NOT HAPPY.....(I wish I could put ZERO stars)...... Taking Axalta/ Cromax to Court!......UPDATE!!.... The Consumer Court Sydney (NCAT) accepted that the Axalta paint product applied to my Historic 1969 muscle car restoration remained faulty with a soft/ cheesy consistency and ordered Axalta to be involved in the rectification their rubbish paint. After being ordered to do so, they decided to paint soft paint over the faulty soft paint as a good enough repair!.... Totally unprofessional. I experieced disgusting customer service from Steven Brett (managing Director Axalta Australia) and his team of so called 'Experts' that scattered and hid from their warranty obligations. The experience with Cromax paint is that once applied and after a month of cure subject it to SUN or HEAT then apply fingernail pressure to the paint. If it marks then this may be an indicator of faulty or uncured paint that is 'not fit for purpose' or not to Australian Standard. ......Get an independant Paint Expert to check it out and take them to task. I will NEVER use Axalta paint products ever again!

Absolutely loving the paint! With their new Low Energy Technology, our bodyshop has managed to save on so much energy costs along with turning over more cars each week.
