One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.I had purchased new wheels from America (which cost an arm and a leg). After recieving these wheels, I thought I had been sent the wrong item sizes as well as the wheels arriving from America damaged.JDM Motorsports team and Hayden kept me calm and helped me through the process of getting them mounted and fitted nicely while giving me detailed rundowns of the issues with photos and timely messages.I was a ball of stress and dealing with this team made me the whole experience breezy.I will continue to go to this business for the rest of my Supra's life.Thanks JDM Motorsport and looking forward to doing more business.1995 Mk4 Toyota Supra

I had a problem for my car’s air con before I went to him another “car air con technician” checked my car he took 30 mins to identify my car problem and he said to fix this it will cost $600 at least which include regas. So I went to JDM to ask second opinion. What I found is JDM took only 10 mins to identify car problem. And I found the first person is about to overcharged me!!!! JDM fixed nearly half price, so I decided to fix my car with JDM then my car came back perfectly. I really recommend this shop and people work in here.

They are very easy to communicate with and provide their customers with advise, suggestions that are always in the customers best interests and in a cost effective manner. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else and will always recommend to anyone who wants performance work on their vehicles.

Very helpful, know their stuff, especially with Japanese imports, and aren't pushy trying to force products on you.
