Janelle has been absolutely amazing in assisting me to undertake courses through Alffie, and then going on to secure me a position with a wonderful disability support provider, Indecare. I'm currently seeing Donna and I find her to have NO empathy towards someone who is in chronic pain. I was seeing Janelle before she left and she was fabulous. I'm hoping to connect with someone who cares and shows empathy towards their client.

Really friendly and actually try to get you a job. I walked around the area to all the job agencies and out of all of the APM are the best.

spoke to Clarissa whose tone was cold, lacking in empathy, and I found to be rude, I then spoke to Trish (regional manager) who also display the same tone and lack of empathy and support. it seems this lack of customer service and cold tones goes all the way up the management ranks..if you seek help, encouragement, support or knowledge DO NOT go to this business. find some where else
