I came for remedial massage as I had sore neck. I asked to focus the massage to my neck and shoulder, and a little bit at the lower back (it was not in pain innitially, but I thought it would be nice to have a bit massage there). However, after the massage, my lower back is in extreme pain and I can not even move or turn over. I thought it might be a side effect so I would give it 24 hours to heal. But I’m still in pain when walking and even moving around. I’m not sure how I can fix it now.

Booked online and went to the place for 10pm session. They said they won’t be able to use private health insurance as the massage therapist doesn’t have provider number. Travelled about 30 minutes to get remedial massage but the receptionist wasn’t helpful and able to accomodate for even at 11am or even 12pm. Blatantly said if you go ahead with the session- Private health insurance won’t be able to pay benefits. Poor from such a high rated place.
