So I was a customer in this store this morning I had pick my items Paid for my items As I was walking out the store I stepped down the step the bag I brought from this shop broke My items smashed I walk back inside and I was told because I just stepped outside They will not replace anything She was so rude I felt embarrassed as the people around me witnessed the whole thing they also were discussed I will never go back there

Disgusting customer service!!! Made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable the second I walked. They lost my sale today, I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either. Such a shame because it’s such a beautiful shop just unfortunately run/owned by the most rude people.
