Came in to fix a broken screen couldn’t fix the screen and broke my LCD. Didn’t own up about it and made something up at first. Did offer to try and fix it overnight but wouldn’t offer any compensation instead.

Excellent service. I took my Daughter's Ipad to them, after the screen had cracked so bad that it wouldn't unlock anymore. They quoted me a great price and it was ready the next morning. It is now working perfectly. Fantastic customer service and great pricing. I highly recommend them for any phone or tablet repairs!

Bad customer service. Went to buy a screen protector and a cover for my tab and the lady who worked there was so rude and was just shaking her head to say no. I then asked what do you mean and was still shaking her head and saying “we don’t have those stuff” rudely.It is fair enough to say sorry we don’t sell them and customers understand that.But this lady didn’t had any communication with the customer and was not polite and friendly.Will not return to this place…

Came here today to get an iPhone battery replaced and the lady did a good job and the price is quite reasonable. Customer service is fairly good and they have a fairly good range of phone and tablet covers and misc. Overall I'm pleased and happy
