Do NOT trust the google maps directions, they're wrong as the entrance is on the other side of the property. VERY inconvenient. Room was dirty and no housekeeping on weekends.

The room was very clean. Hotel across the road is very handy. However, pillows are paper thin and try sleeping right next to the stairwell where everyone thinks it's a great idea to laugh and yell in the middle of the night. No sleep at all, we won't be staying here again.

4 star motel that should be a 2 star, it's nothing but a glorified formula 1, you can stay in surfers paradise for exactly the same as here, the photos make this place look much better than what it is. The entire place is non smoking except for a dedicated smoking area with cracked and broken 10year old plastic patio furniture. Their idea of a flatscreen is laughable, extremely basic. The only thing it actually has going for it is its literally right next to the motorway. The bathroom is tiny, that small you can't open shower door properly as it hits toilet, the beds look nothing like what's pictured, it's more like a 70s colour theme gone wrong, the view is trees. Parking is ok. The optional breakfast for $15 you are better off going to woolworths and buying yourself for $6, gardens around the place are nothing to be admired. Cleanliness definitely needs to be stepped up as dust all over the vanity around sink, built up dust and grime between vanity and shower. The bench seat thing whatever I is, is literally taped to the wall as it has evidently fallen away. A communal laundry room that I didn't even enter but swear it looks like coin operated walls around building has cracks. The ONLY thing this place has going for it is if your desperate for a nights sleep and the location being literally just off the motorway. (Motorway robbery at its finest) highly suggest do your research and find somewhere else.

Cheap motel we only chose because of location.No daily cleaning of room, no other services.Very noisy location between motorway and main road.Would not recommend.

Definitely not a 4 star motel as described. A bit overpriced for what you get. It's serviceable, and makes me think the owners had a 3 star motel and decided to put the minimum effort they thought they could into it, to achieve 4 star rating, but missed the mark.

The rooms are what you'd expect, a bathroom and small bedroom. You get a mini fridge, kettle with coffee and tea, a TV and internet access. The bed was comfortable no complains there, but the rooms were very mediocre. The service was excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff. There's a pub directly across the street if you need a feed. I was doing training in the area so the location worked for my purposes, but it's well off the beaten path if you're vacating. All in all if I had something to do in the area I would stay again. A solid 3 stars.

Very disappointed in this place. Yes, it was reasonably cheap - $100 a night. Described as 'deluxe' but anything but ... (See pics) On an extremely busy road so very noisy. Only plus is a reasonable hotel opposite.
